The terms we trade on, written plainly — how we authenticate, price, pay, and protect every transaction on both sides of the desk.
Authenticity guarantee
Every diamond and watch we sell is authenticated before it leaves our desk. If any piece is ever shown not to be as represented, we take it back in full — without a time limit.
Honest valuation
Offers reflect real secondary-market demand, not melt weight. We explain what drives the number, and we will tell you plainly when another route would serve you better.
No fees, ever
No seller fees, no commissions, no deductions. Decline the offer and keep your piece at no cost. What we quote is what you receive.
Absolute discretion
Private transactions stay private. We do not publish estate inquiries, name clients, or create a public sale trail of any kind.
Buying from us
Authentication and grading
Diamonds are represented against GIA grading standards, and certified stones are supplied with their report. Watches are inspected for originality of case, dial, movement, and bracelet, with any service or replacement parts disclosed in writing before the sale. Nothing is described as original unless we have verified it ourselves.
Condition disclosure
Every item is described honestly, including wear, prior repair, refinishing, or aftermarket components. If a detail would affect a trade buyer's decision, it appears in the description — we would rather lose a sale than build a relationship on an omission.
Memo and approval terms
Qualified trade buyers may receive goods on memo subject to approved terms. Memo periods, insurance responsibility, and return conditions are agreed in writing before shipment. Apply through the Trade Portal to be considered.
Returns and inspection
Trade buyers have an agreed inspection window from receipt to confirm a piece matches its description. Items returned within that window in unaltered condition are refunded in full. Certified stones must be returned with their certificate and sealed where applicable.
Pricing and availability
Weekly list pricing reflects current wholesale demand and moves with the market. Prices are held for the period stated on the list, and every item is subject to prior sale. We confirm availability before any commitment is taken.

Handling and custody
Items left with us for evaluation are receipted, insured, and stored securely. You retain ownership until terms are agreed in writing, and you may recall a piece at any point before then.
Payment terms
Payment is prompt and direct once terms are agreed. The method and timing are confirmed in advance, and nothing changes hands until you are satisfied with the arrangement.
Estates, trusts, and advisors
We work regularly with executors, trustees, and financial advisors and can provide the documentation an estate file requires. Appraisal-standard review is available where a formal record is needed.
Provenance and title
Sellers confirm they hold clear title to the items offered. We verify identity for transactions above threshold amounts and maintain records in line with applicable precious-metals and anti-money-laundering requirements.

GIA-aligned grading
Diamond grading language follows Gemological Institute of America standards so that trade buyers can compare our descriptions directly against any certified reference.
USPAP-compliant appraisal handling
Where a formal appraisal context applies — estate, insurance, or advisory — our review follows Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice methodology.
Responsible sourcing
We buy from private sellers, estates, and established trade sources only. Goods of unclear origin are declined, and we do not participate in any transaction we cannot document.
